Worked directly with portfolio companies on ERP implementations and AI automation initiatives, including building AI agents to take repetitive workstreams off operators' plates. Also sat in on diligence, transaction work, and origination across two deals that closed during my time there. Got a winter extension offer after the fall term.

A pre-seed funded startup I co-founded that helped early-stage founders structure and pressure-test ideas before building. We raised non-dilutive capital and onboarded pilot users. We never reached product-market fit and wound it down, but it taught me how to validate fast and hold my own around people with a lot more experience.

A college application platform for Middle Eastern universities, modeled on CommonApp, UCAS, and OUAC. I built the front end in React and Tailwind with a Supabase and SQL back end, and we got accepted into an incubator that had historically only taken students from the host university. A few universities expressed interest, but we wound it down once it was clear it was a solution looking for a problem.
